[Sindy Peters] Another romcom following closely on the heels of The Proposal is The Ugly Truth. They're pretty much based on the same concept of now you hate him/her, now you don't - it's a formula used over and over again and it's a tired one. Instead of wasting hard-earned bucks on taking your partner out to see this crud, go see something more stimulating like UP - and that's about it, because everything else running on circuit right now just about makes it beyond B grade.

[Sindy Peters] Final Destination 4? Why doesn't that sound plausible? Has the age of teen horror/thriller movies not been done and dusted? And it's in 3D! [Sindy Peters] Animated movies have come a long way from The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. The latest offering on circuit is Disney PIXAR's UP, also showing in 3D (which is apparently the best way to watch UP). I haven't seen it as yet, but if
RottenTomatoes.com is anything to go by, it sounds like a winner. SA's District 9 is still hanging on strong after a month of being screened; if you haven't seen it yet, what exactly are you waiting for?
