Cape Town should be rig service hub

According to a report in Business Day, Cape Town could become a major servicing hub for oil rigs operating off the West Coast of Africa following forecasts from the International Monetary Fund that oil exports from Nigeria and Angola are likely to rise by 7% this year.
Business Day quotes the South African Oil and Gas Alliance as saying that Cape Town should focus on creating the necessary infrastructure to provide maintenance and repair services for oil rigs operating in the Atlantic.
