Court outlaws porn TV channels

The Johannesburg High Court has ruled that TopTV may not broadcast pornography on any of its channels without the express permission of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa), according a report in City Press.
City Press reports that in terms of the ruling, TopTV is prevented from broadcasting these shows. If Icasa withholds permission to broadcast pornography then TopTV will have to cancel the channels.
