8 Nov 2012 10:01
Sports icon and TV rugby commentator Naas Botha, together with a Binnelanders cast, supported the annual Forever/HospiVision golf day which took place on 6 November at the Blue Valley Country Club in Centurion, Pretoria.
"HospiVision does extraordinary work under very difficult circumstances and by acting as main sponsor of the day Forever tries to assist in bringing some sort of relief in the lives of the patients as well as the staff," says Lara Doundoulakis, Brand & Communications manager of Forever Resorts, Lodges, Hotels & Retreats.

Shelter for less fortunate

HospiVision is a non-profit organisation that looks after the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those less fortunate. They provide shelter, a helping hand during trauma and fully cooked meals at their Oasis centre at the Steve Biko Hospital in Pretoria. HospiVision also assist with trauma counselling and presents workshops and training to companies in order to assist staff during such difficult times.

"It is truly touching to visit the Steve Biko Hospital and experience the work that HospiVision does - they do touch and change lives," says Doundoulakis.
