www.mediatoolbox.co.zaLaunched in 1998 and in its seventh year of publication, media.toolbox is positioned as a high-quality, editorially independent, media-to-media magazine. The magazine is widely read and appreciated in the South African media and marketing community and praised for its uncompromising look at important media and publishing issues of the day.

Twice a finalist at the Highway Africa Awards for the Innovative Use of New Media in Africa (2003, 2004), an award handed out by Rhodes University, the site has also been a Loerie finalist (2001).

The weekly e-mail magazine and website covers all aspects of the media business, reaching the core of advertising, marketing and media companies, from print to online, through to digital and wireless. The site is frequented by media planners and buyers, marketing executives, creative directors, PR people, publishers and editors alike, as well as top business people who wish to be kept informed with regard to the media and marketing industries.

It is edited and produced by journalist Herman Manson and his team from both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
