Worked as security guard and worked my way up till to security-area coordinator position, within 09 years of non breakage service, until the company was named Pamodzi Gold Limited (Free State) which was liquidated provisionaly in 2009. My responsibilities were but not limited to: Running of 4 shifts• Surevising supervisors in the gold plant• Time and attendance• Smelt house and Bullion duties• Security measures• Vendors• Investigations• Conflicts• Stake holders• Screnings and Polygraphs• Illegal mining.
I found another job at Goldfields in 2010 protection services department for my current position...though the companies name is now Sibanye Gold Limited due to unbundling of Goldfields GFL...
