I have discovered how in practise, responsibility leads to more successful and productive work and how the right amount of pressure enhances one's productivity. Through various work experiences I have come to realise how the culture of the organisation affects worker morale and therefore productivity. Therefore where workers are given autonomy in their work processes, the quality of the work performed would depend mostly on the worker's dedication to the job.
