Brian has 10 years experience in the client service arena of advertising. He has worked at some of South Africa's top design & branding agencies - TBWA Hunt Lascaris, Tequilla, Gavin Reddy Hawn, on blue-chip brands such as MTN, Plascon, Cardies, Prominent Paints, Gold Reef City Theme Park & Ericsson.
In 2002 he pursued his love for food and joined La Cucina di Ciro. As a senior manager, he rebranded, managed and promoted this venue and subsequently won 4 top 10 restaurants of the year awards. He also was at the fore front of the "food demonstration" craze.
In 2008 he returns to the advertising world with a rejuvenated passion. It was here that his hospitality experience played a key role as he demonstrated his talents while working on the Gold Reef City Theme Park and BlackBerry accounts.
In 2010 Brian joined Umlilo Brands where he has acquired valuable insight into the importance of developing reliable brand ethics within the industry. His short time spent there has also allowed him to gain additional experience in events & activation while servicing his client base.
It is apparent to him that the pulse of advertising is shifting to digital marketing and he has become instrumental in building business to business websites for his clients.
Brian's continuing desire is to be at the cutting edge of advertising & design and to gain further experience from those in-the-know. He is particularly interested in contributing less conventional approaches to clients branding and advertising needs by being creative in problem solving situations
