Visual Merchandising
• Conceptualize and maintain appearance of store in consultation with the Visual Merchandiser.
• Visual Presentation of Merchandise in an attractive manner.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the section merchandise, ensuring promotions and fast selling lines are featured.

Customer Service & Feedbacks
• Implement strategies to increase footfalls.
• Effectively deal with customer requests, queries and complaints and take necessary action from feedback generated.
• Permeate a culture of customer service leading to customer retention.
• Interact with customers, obtain their feedback and address their concerns and queries.

Man Management
• Supervise store employees to facilitate streamlined operations.
• Ensure that all staff are adequately trained to be competent in their function and that they adhere to the stores disciplinary policies.
• Impart training to staff on Product knowledge, Merchandising, Inventory management, Sales. Planning, Sales budgeting in coordination with the HR.

Budget Control:
• Maintaining meticulous records to ensure that all the incoming money is accounted for and sales associated.
• Ensuring optimum operational cost control and efficiency.
• Conducting regular monthly meetings with all regional concept managers, area managers and store managers to evaluate monthly performance and plan for the following month’s budget.

Retail Standards
• Constant monitoring the retail standards according to the concepts and following the best suitable practices to update the store.
