I have experience in working with and addressing people as I have worked for several companies that deal with people. When I enrolled at the University Of Cape Town I chose to study Media and Writing, Film and English studies as a result of my extrovert manner. Engaging in these courses has been a passion for me and one that I have been able to pursue in my studies and also as a Sub-editor for the University of Cape Town newspaper and a student assistant for the University of Cape Town Centre for Film and Media studies.

I am a person who is not afraid to ask questions and I learn from the people around me. I possess strong moral and ethical principles, which led me to put in long, hard hours at school and part-time jobs in order to succeed in a challenging educational environment. These values have motivated me to perform diligently and loyally. I know that it takes commitment, dedication and intelligence to rise within a firm, all of which I offer you. I thrive under pressure and I work well in a fast paced working environment. I am willing and able to tackle and accomplish any project. Meeting deadlines has been a consistent part of my academic and working life and I have learned how to communicate with people in situations that require tact. My academic skills have given me the ability to communicate effectively on paper as well as through presentations. I am able to write clearly and accurately as I have been involved in writing activities such as writing essays and being a sub editor for the Varsity Newspaper. I am also able to construct clear, logical arguments and assess circumstances and make choices that I am able to justify. I gained these skills through participating in debating and forum discussions during High School.

As one of three children, I possess an active sense of humor, which has been useful in defusing difficult situations. I have the patience to see an assignment through to completion. I am comfortable delivering presentations to a group; working as part of a team and helping others succeed. I developed people skills by working in teams, facilitating and presentations.
