I'm Lizé du Toit (MA Counselling) and I'm a qualified Counsellor and NLP Life Coach who works with adults in addressing various life challenges. My areas of interest are stress management, wellness management, mindful eating and the development and enrichment of the individual.

I hold registration and accreditation with both the Council for Counsellors in South Africa as well as with COMENSA.
