I have been managing lodges & tented camps across Africa for a number of years and have just spent this last year in Tanzania where I was asked to set up 3 luxury lodges in remote locations on Lake Victoria, Lake Tanganyika and a Boutique Guest House in Arusha.

I also spent many years in Europe managing luxury villas on the islands of Mallorca, Spain and in Sicily. As a result, I speak Spanish and Italian quite well. I have a vast network of contacts around the world and clients who I could introduce to the business. I'm very good at generating new business and establishing relationships with partnership companies like Safari Operators and Travel Agents. I have been responsible for managing everything across all departments including hiring staff and setting up all elements of a new business as well as making sure the property is maintained and guests have everything they need.
