The business is primarily focused on residential and commercial customers in the Stellenbosch and Somerset West area in the Western Cape.
We offer comprehensive building contracting services for both the residential and commercial markets, in terms of alterations, construction of new complete buildings and general maintenance. We deliver a service that focuses on optimizing the client's value for money and time constraints, without compromising quality.
Newman & Son can assume the role of project manager, main contractor, sub-contractor, management contractor or retail co-ordinator, whichever the project or the client requires. We are willing to work together with the individual homeowner, public sector, as well as with developers. The services offered can be adapted to suit the type and complexity of the project encountered.
