Five years ago I started as a call centre agent and was promoted to Team Leader and thereafter to Call Centre Manager. Over the last two years, I have managed the Call Centre - from sales management to administrative management, basic HR functions as well as motivation and training. I also managed service levels, quality of customer interaction and focused on customer service.
Prior to that, I worked at a Distance Learning, private institution, where I worked for 12 years and was also promoted to Team Leader.
