Daniel Kim commented on The secrets of B2B CRM for small businesses
Thanks for the information, Simone!
By utilizing and implementing social CRM, a business is able to emphasize on the effective organization of incoming unique client data. This not only increases worker productivity, but if properly adopted, a business gains the ability to understand the current trends necessary to stay competitive. Affordable cloud-based office suites like Greenrope, offer a multiplicity of functions along with SCRM capabilities. The data received from Social CRM allows a business to internally communicate, while providing the clients an opportunity to provide feedback through a variety of social media channels. This solidifies the necessary foundation of clients through the development of a trusting relationship which translates to valuable customer retention. However, for optimal performance of the SCRM platform, I recommend the continued reminder to the many different departments of a business, to always update/utilize the SCRM software. Every department can do their part to prevent data stagnation within the software, while also changing the preference of their peers.

Daniel Kim commented on CRM: It pays to go the extra mile
John, thank you for the great information and tips!
In today's technologically advanced marketplace, there is no longer an excuse for businesses when it comes to building lasting relationships. With the advent of social media & its integration to CRM, emerging vital lines of communication have been opened, unavailable previously. This allows a meaningful relationship between the business and the customer. Therefore, this leads to a focus on each individual customer and the data received, benefits the company, reducing software stagnation and increasing efficiency.
As a member of the GreenRope support staff, I always recommend the full adoption of the CRM software amongst ALL of the employees within a business. Adoption is the public enemy #1, against social CRM integration. Without full adoption, the software will not be as useful and could create stagnation. Social CRM integration is a necessary tool to compete in today's marketplace and if you would like to expand your business domestically as well as internationally, a business must embrace and utilize their CRM software.

Daniel Kim commented on The benefits of a good CRM programme
Thank you for the information!
CRM integration is essential when competing in the international marketplace. The items listed above, are mandatory when searching for a potential CRM integration software. It is recommended that if a business is looking for an office suite, that they make sure that it includes email marketing tools (email tracking included), a website builder/manager, as well as finance/accounting tools. Also, all of the employees must adopt and implement CRM so that the software grows and is able to become a social sales tool.
As a member of the GreenRope family, I have been able to witness the growth of many businesses that have harnessed CRM integration to its potential and these companies gained many benefits, as well as increased ROI because of CRM integration. It would be in a business' best interest to implement CRM if they have not already.
