Marvin Alballi is to take charge of InterContinental Hotels Group's restaurant and bars as the new director in the India, Middle East, and Africa region. Alballi has been tasked with driving commercial operations across IHG's restaurants and bar offerings in the IMEA region.
Alballi must also ensure operational excellence and deliver great guest experiences across the region. Throughout his career, Alballi has led multiple regional franchises, including Chili's, Caribou Coffee, Fuddrucker's, and Applebee's.
