[Timothy Kasonde] The Tanzanian Internet Service Providers Association (TISPA) has launched the second Internet Exchange (IX) service in Arusha, Tanzania. The Tanzania Communicatoins Regulatory Authority (TCRA) made the IX possible by donating equipment and infrastructure to TISPA for its setup.
