Not even a chicken bone from Nando's

Fast food chain Nando's is a little miffed with DStv after the pay-TV channel didn't flight the chain's "xenophobia" ad - but is now prepared to after the ASA ruled in favour of the ad. Basically, Nando's has given DStv a cold drumstick saying that if you weren't prepared to flight it the first time round, we're not going to flight the ad now on your service.

Never underestimate the global branding power of generic names writes Naseem Javed, after his ABC Namebank applied its Name Evaluation Process to the entire list of 1930 proposed ICANN gTLD names.

We live in an age of instant or almost instant communication and getting the message across is as important as ever. James Hurford has some simple tips for you. As he puts it: master the email and you'll master writing.

The Motion Picture Licensing Company International's (MPLC) umbrella licence enables businesses and organisations - including clubs, lodges, factories, libraries and schools - to pay an annual fee, which covers them for the use of all the content of its affiliated producers.
