15 Nov 2012 13:57
On its Luxurious Silk, Rich Matt, Weatherguard, Roofguard or Wallguard brands, Dulux is now offering a 10-year guarantee, a first from this premium South African paint brand.
10-year guarantees offered by Dulux"Our 10 year guarantee is not only about breaking new ground in the paint industry, it also concerns quality assurance, peace of mind and a stamp of approval when it comes to the durability of our products. We believe in the quality of our paints and now we're extending this faith to our consumers with our absolute quality guarantee," explains Dulux communications manager Bennum van Jaarsveld.

"To take advantage of this special guarantee, customers need to register their purchase within 30 days and keep their till slip as proof of purchase. It's important for consumers to bear in mind that terms and conditions do apply and registration and proof of purchase are both necessary to claim against the 10-year guarantee."

Best painting practices are also supplied on the website to ensure users get the very best out of their paint job for every kind of surface.

Registering can be done online by going to www.dulux10yearguarantee.co.za or calling 0860 038 589.
