The hotel says it will combine individual design, exquisite luxury with first-class service and a superior guest experience. The hotel offers 129 ultra-spacious suites, which are appropriate for leisure seekers and business travellers alike. Public areas, such as the seven-storey atrium, the Judges Lounge, Savour Restaurant and the Murano Bar are a few of the many features of the hotel.

Unique décor and fine finishes set the hotel apart - from glittering white Volakas marble tile floors throughout the hotel to the fine detail of each of the 20 000 imported Murano crystal links that rim the Murano Bar. There are conference rooms with world-class facilities for business travellers. Each of the three boardrooms seats up to 18 delegates, while the conference room has a seating capacity of up to 30 and can be set up according to the specific requirements of the function.
