Knights of Music extends run at Gold Reef City

From the creative synergy of Richard Loring and Bryan Schimmel, Knights of Music merges memorable and sensational Broadway and West End songs such as I Dreamed a Dream (Les Misérables); Pinball Wizard (Tommy - The Who); Who Wants to Live Forever (We Will Rock You); One Night In Bangkok (Chess) plus a host of others hits.

Classics from the legendary knights of the 21st Century: Sir Cameron Macintosh, Sir Tim Rice, Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Elton John, Sir Cliff Richard and Dr Brian May CBE who, in transforming the face of musical theatre, have enriched people's lives.

Vocal powerhouses

The vocal powerhouses of the cast - Carly Graeme, Shaun V, Thokozani (Zano) Nzima, Tracey-Lee Oliver, Ruth Brown and Kyle Matthews - all capture the glamour and excitement of Broadway and West End with their renditions of songs heard by millions of people all over the world.

The classical resonance of the grand piano and the vibrant sounds of a six-piece band are led by musical director Rowan Bakker.

Knights of Music will run at the Lyric Theatre at Gold Reef City until Sunday, 15 November 2009: Wednesdays to Saturdays at 8.30pm; as well as Saturday and Sunday matinees at 3pm.

Tickets for all shows are priced at R95, with the exception of Saturday evening shows, for which tickets range between R105 and R125.
