Free album launch from Evolver One

On Friday, 26 March, 2010, at 8pm, the South African rock band Evolver One will be launching their third eponymous album at the News Café, Fourways, Johannesburg.

Evolver One fans, music industry professionals, press, recording agents and members of the music world are invited to attend a complimentary live performance featuring the music from Evolver One's self-titled alum, released independently, and distributed through Musketeer Records. “Here is a band that has done the hard yards: 10 000 hours, three albums, eight national singles, in eight years. This is what it takes to deliver something special. I am delighted to finally have been given the opportunity to work with Evolver One. Beautifully structured melodies underneath Peter's textured vocals, make this an album where every dong is a pleasure on the ear,”said Peter Lacey, CEO of Musketeer Records.

The crowd can look forward to fresh rocking sounds with enormous melodies and catchy shout-out-loud lyrics performed by the four-piece band, based in Johannesburg. The “Evolver One” album is loaded with 11 tracks of intelligent lyrics based on relationships, social awareness and relevant issues affecting humanity globally.

The crowd will have the opportunity to meet Evolver One personally and purchase their signed “Evolver One” album, as well as products from their new collection of merchandise.

The album will be available in all good music stores from 1 April 2010.
