Google apps workshop to be held at summit

The Cloud Africa Summit 2012 will take place on 23 and 24 May 2012 at the Midrand Conference Centre in Johannesburg. Cloud Africa is a new-launch event from the Com World Series, organisers of AfricaCom, a telecoms, media and ICT conference and exhibition.

Grove Group, a Google enterprise partner, will present the future of cloud computing and Google apps for business at a workshop on the first day of the conference. Live demonstrations will present the 'Future of Work' and the simple yet powerful communication and collaboration business tools that Google offers. The workshop also includes Google Geospatial with insights into developing and implementing a cloud strategy.

The event will include keynotes from the largest players in the industry, such as Abdel Wahed Bendaoua, head of enterprise business for Google. People attending the event will enjoy case studies, an interactive panel discussion, comment from top analysts as well as networking opportunities .
