On Wednesday 19 February 2014, from 3-4pm, the Association of Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA) will be hosting a 'Healthy Lifestyle Awareness: Kick-start Your Year' twitter talk, providing South Africans with an opportunity to join the conversation and interact directly with a group of dieticians, who will be discussing the importance of nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle. Dr Sharon Johnson, from SACAP (South African College of Applied Psychology) and a biokineticist, will join them to chat about mental wellbeing and exercise.
