Just when I think we couldn't be surprised, the Department of Energy decides to offer minimal reprieve to petrol users, whilst
hiking the price for diesel drinkers. Diesel will go up by a maximum of 10.2 cents come Wednesday, with petrol dropping by 10 cents a litre. The fluctuations over recent months certainly haven't hampered car sales, however, with
purchases of new vehicles up more than 10% year-on-year. And as of tomorrow, we'll have a fresh face looking back at us from our bank notes. That's right, the country's
brand new notes sporting Tata Madiba's face go into circulation tomorrow!
Be proudly South African and have an amazing week!
