I have worked at a leadership level within commercial and operational environments in retail.

My passion is activating ideas, making them work and fit strategically to help deliver real improvements in the way work gets done. I possess a fierce energy to kick-start projects or initiatives and getting the right people involved. I use customer data to help drive decision making.

I've got strong decision making skills and an ability to get to the core of difficult concepts. I love translating strategy across an organisation and help people see the bigger picture.

Business environments are not static and it is in this hyper competitive environment in which I thrive. Dynamic and ever challenging I enjoy working under pressure and looking for ways in which I could get involved with shaping operational strategy.

My goal is to work towards a senior executive/general management position within the next 4 years and with this in mind I am looking for the right role and organisation in South Africa.
