I have over 20 years of document control and records and information management project & corporate experience in a variety of industries, nuclear, gas-to-liquid, smelter, mining & rail. Supervision of staff has ranged from 23 during a project phase to 35 in a corporate phase. All the various positions I have occupied have been from inception of the function in a project phase, thus the onus has been on developing, implementing & managing systems and processes in line with statutory & regulatory requirements, driven by quality standards and systems ISO 9001, 14001, etc. A major part of this experience has been the development, implementation and management of EDMS solutions ranging from an integrated Livelink in house Oracle developed Document Management system, PCM customization and most recently Oracle Unifier configuration, testing, implementation and maintenance.
I have done a certified International Document Management program through Consepsys France, I am currently completing my PMP certification (including PMBOK with Project Management Institute) and have enrolled to complete an Information Certification, and this should be completed by the end of the year. Although my primary responsibility over my career has been records and document management I have experience in areas such as bid compilation and analysis, SLA agreements and execution, project template configuration and implementation, developing and implementing specifications and procedures, cost and planning reporting, business process improvement, coordinating project & corporate information systems, System security and Archiving. I am an all round project specialist. Site set up and management form part of my skills. The bid process for the project that I most recently worked on was commissioned and implemented by me. Due to stringent time constraints the full bid was executed and completed in 2 months, this includes EPC selection and full bid analysis manuals to the client.

I am a specialist in sourcing, development, customization, configuration, implementation and maintenance of ERM/ECM Systems.
