Following his previous role as manager at Hobbs Sinclair, van Rensburg will now be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the company, providing strategic advice and guidance to the partners and keeping them up to date on developments within the firm. He will also need to ensure that appropriate policies, business plans and strategies are established to meet the company's long- and short-term objectives.
