Home builders in suburban areas need to focus on core competencies to contribute to sustainable building, suburban development, creating employment, skills development and business growth in an increasingly complex building environment. This expo will provide the opportunity for builders to acquire knowledge about building regulations and registration with statutory bodies, contracting, procurement, skills development through new and/or alternative building methods.
