Meet Joost at book signingsControversial former Blue Bull and Springbok Joost van der Westhuizen will be signing copies of his book, Joost: The Man in the Mirror on 13 November at Exclusive Book Woodlands at 5.30pm, 14 November 2009 at Exclusive Books Clearwater Mall at 11am and Exclusive Book Kollonade at 2pm.  Joost: The Man in the Mirror by David GemmellIn this book, Joost talks about his dreams and ambitions as a young boy, tracks his rugby highlights, including his three World Cups, and dissects the methods of the coaches who helped shape his career. He also discusses, in depth, the Kamp Staaldraad scandal, his long and successful career with the Blue Bulls and his job as a sports commentator with SuperSport. Attempts to find meaning in life On a more personal level, the book looks at his celebrity marriage to Amor Vittone, his role as father, and his attempts to find meaning in life after rugby. Finally, Joost puts to rest the rumours that have swirled around him.
