While the continent rages on over the injustice of Ghana's defeat to Uruguay in what I've seen referred to as the 'Hand of the Cheat' incident, sadly the game must go on... without an African representative. I have a feeling the Dutch team just found itself with several million new supporters. But on the topic of competition, brandhouse, in partnership with Cape Town's Entrepreneurs' Organisation is launching Pitch & Polish, which invites local entrepreneurs to refine their business ideas into a three-minute proposal and pitch it to a judging panel. The finalists will then present their ideas to the 320 international visiting entrepreneurs at the Entrepreneurs' Organisation UCT conference in November. There are no limitations to the scope of ideas but yourself. The only question now is: are you game?
