The winter chill has bitten the south-west of the country in a big way and while I had it on good authority that the sun was still smiling on the northern parts of our fair country last week, a gander at today's weather report tells me that Jack Frost is nipping at your toes up there. But I digress.
This past week we learned that
South Africans aren't fans of self-service channels; Nicolas De Sousa tells us why franchising is the
ideal industry for investment, while Marcel Strauss and Milos Mazalek give us the "
how to" on selecting a franchise.
South African Council of Shopping Centres' CEO Amanda Stops says retailers need to
engage and delight shoppers; Puma seems to be running with that advice by letting its customers
design their own sneakers.
Consumers are fast developing a
taste for flavoured milk and we're in for
two courses of Thai later this month.
And if that doesn't warm the spirits, then perhaps our
latest competition will... All you have to do to stand a chance to win a GoPro camera and accessories to the value of R6000 is update your MyBiz Profile.
Check out the details here. And... GO!
