FXI seeks postponement of ICASA SABC 'blacklisting' hearing
The Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is reconvening today, Thursday, 25 October 2007, for the hearing of a complaint submitted to ICASA by the Freedom of Expression Institute (FXI) in February 2007.
