Theresa Wright is Partner, Trade Mark attorney at Adams & Adams. She has a BA and LLB from University of Stellenbosch, a graduate Diploma in Law (IP) from Monash University and a LLM (specialising in IP law) from UNISA.

Areas of practice include drafting TM specifications, filing and prosecuting local and foreign TM applications, global portfolio management, advising on TM availability, protection and enforcement. Conducting contentious TM work and related contractual negotiations and drafting.
