Position: Technical Support Consultant (Telephonic and Onsite) Duties: Accounting and Payroll Software support, Installation, Networking, Company file setup. Installation and Configuring the Software (All Versions of QuickBooks), Setup & configure networks, assign users, creating a company file, Troubleshooting application errors, Provide Telephonic, e-mail and Onsite Solutions. Creating and Customizing application Templates for customer profiles, Setting up Stock products, Setting up Vat 201 Reports, Setting up IRP5 for Clients, Generating various reports, Trial balance, Profit and loss and more. Currently: Working on our ERP Software (ACCTivate!) as a Software Implementation Technician, the software runs on SQL Server 2012 and Crystal Reports. I do implementation and training of the software
