I am a Software Developer with experience in the development and service/help desk environment. My experience has exposed me to aquire numerous additional skills in and out the IT field. These additional skills include: Strong and effective communication skills in the business environment, customer relations, analysis, a swift grasp of new concepts and technology and to work effectively under pressure and multitasking. Most of my experience and expertise lie in the web development field. I have working knowledge of most web development languages and frameworks: HTML/CSS, PHP/MYSQL, bootstrap, javascript, jquery and c#. I've developed using basic notepad++, Dreamweaver, Drupal and WordPress. My experience as a Service/Help Desk Technician exposed me to performing office administrative tasks such as office structuring, stock taking and allocation and client & customer interaction and relations. I also performed basic database administration tasks such as scheduling backups, generating and providing reports in SQL Server 2012.
