PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR BIDVEST (QUARTERLY)
Attend client meetings with the project manager and assists with determination of project requirements. Track the progress and quality of work being performed. Effectively and accurately communication relevant project information to the client and project team. Ensure client's need are met in timely and cost effective manner. Assist the project manager in the review of contract quotations, to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval. Keep the project manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations. Supervising casual staff when checking and sorting the stock. Update all stock received on Microsoft excel and inform the client. Advice by email for collections and dispatch dates to all Bidvest companies. Organize courier companies for regions and international collections. Follow up on collections and deliveries. Track all waybills sent out with our in-house Value Logistics and updates delivered dates. Sent out all POD's to BIDVEST H/O.
