I am the founder of Mindset Management Programs. I have more than 26 years experience in managing a number of consulting and technology companies, both locally and abroad, in fields as diverse as management consulting, business analysis, IT systems integration and entertainment robotics. Some of my successes include Automated Methods (CAD and GIS product development, sold to US-based Autodesk Inc.), Computer Foundation (GIS systems integration, sold to Denel Informatics), and more recently Mindset Management Programs (established in 2005).
I have been involved in management consulting and leadership development in one way or another since the early 90's from both a managerial and consulting perspective. I am the developer of a number of management and leadership development programmes, with particular emphasis on people development and productivity enhancement.
