Chrisna is a hands-on, practical, and solutions-driven individual, who values purpose, passion and a good sense of humour. She heads up strategy at Weathermen & Co, a four-year old agency in Windhoek, Namibia, that's quickly grown to become the biggest, with clients like Tafel Lager, Ohlthaver & List, FNB Namibia, NamDairies and MTC. ..
Before returning to her hometown, she worked on a broad portfolio of South African & international brands. At JWT Cape Town it was Smirnoff, J&B, Heineken Africa, Gautrain, Johnson & Johnson, Schick, Kalahari.net & Panarottis. She also spent four months at JWT Hamburg, working on Shell, Jacobs Krönung & Philadelphia Cream Cheese. After JWT, she joined King James, leading strategy for Johnnie Walker and City of Cape Town.
In terms of achievements, Chrisna formed part of the founding APG committee in SA, was selected for the Global JWT High Potentials Class of 2013, and judged at Loeries 2016 and 2017. She's also launched the first #DesignersOnHoliday in Namibia due to her current - slightly obsessive - love for #makerCulture.
