Looking back it's been another great year for The Business Centre Group as a whole, with our most recent achievement being the success of The Century City Business Centre exactly one year on.
We are also proud to announce that Century City Business Centre is now sitting at just over 85% occupancy of its 370 workstations.
Being a predominantly Johannesburg-based serviced office business, we weren't quite sure what to expect from the Cape Town market, but it's now safe to say that the centre has been met with open arms and our clients love us.
In the time that we've been open, we have established solid business relationships with suppliers, property brokers and of course, our clients. In fact the Century City Business Centre now houses in excess of 120 different companies, 40 of which are virtual offices and the rest which are based full-time in the building.
A special thanks goes out to our team who have done such a great job running the centre from the day it opened, and who are still with us today as part of this wining formula. We also want to extend a big thank you to all our suppliers who believed in us when the relationships first began. Finally we wish to thank each and everyone of our clients for their belief and ongoing support. Without you, the Century City Business Centre wouldn't have been a reality.
We look forward to providing a world-class serviced office service for many more years to come.
