The latest batch of artists includes: Reason, Stoker, Michael Lowman, BCUC, Gangs of Ballet, Valiant Swart, Zebra & Giraffe, HHP, Albert Frost and Dan Patlansky, PHFAT, singer songwriter Willy Mason (US) and rock 'n roll band Rival Sons (US).
Willy Mason, a 29-year-old performer, is no stranger to festivals and venues across the globe. With performances at Glastonbury Festival and with Ben Howard, Mumford and Sons, KT Tunstall, Radiohead, Beth Orton, and Death Cab for Cutie, he will make his South African debut at OppiKoppi. He is known for his singles: Oxygen, Save Myself, We Can Be Strong ft KT Tunstall, and 2013 single Talk Me Down.
From Long Beach, California, Rival Sons make their South African debut fresh off a run of European festivals and shows including Isle of Wight, Rock Am Ring and Download. The band have just released their fourth album: "Great Western Valkyrie." Fans can expect to hear tracks from "Before The Fire" (2010), "Pressure & Time" (2011), "Head Down" (2012) and "Great Western Valkyrie" (2014).
