“We have had a 27% increase in users since January, according to Nielsen's,” says Soccer-Laduma website manager Diogo Peral. “We expected growth as Soccer-Laduma readers become familiar with our offering and we are thrilled with our progress so far. The Laduma website's Breaking News carries 50 stories a day which are published on the mobi site. The site also has a live chat room.”
The number of Soccer-Laduma readers who have a cellphone has increased by 63% since 2006, compared with the total population increase of 37%.
