Delegates from across the continent are gathered to discuss health care delivery - always a challenge in countries that struggle with the challenges of war, political instability and poor resources. But the mood is optimistic. And the accompanying trade fair has drawn companies from across the globe - and China and India in particular - anxious to enter the African healthcare market.
