So the unexpected local news of the moment is that Andrew Human has decided to exit on a high note and step down as CEO of the Loeries after seven years, although his organising expertise will not be totally lost. With the death of Steve Jobs last week, various people and organisations have paid tribute to his extraordinary talents and his far-reaching impact in various spheres, including design, marketing and advertising, media, technology/R&D and public speaking and presenting. This week, look out for Biz bloggers Johanna McDowell, who's currently in New York City for the latest AdForum Worldwide Summit, and the three-person team from New Media attending the 38th FIPP World Magazine Congress in New Delhi, India.
