B2B agency in Fourways is looking for a client account manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing existing client portfolios as well as procuring and managing new clients.

You should have solid experience in marketing and be able to develop and implement marketing, digital and communication strategies with a customer service approach. The ideal candidate will need to be able to build strong relationships with suppliers, staff and clients. You will need to be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
• Formulate and write marketing strategies which include public relations, advertising and digital marketing
• Annual marketing budget control and management
• Media liaison with the targeted media ensuring maximum publicity for clients
• Advertising placement and budget control
• Arrange and coordinate events
• Serve as the link of communication between the client and the internal teams
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Generate detail reposts from meetings, marketing and digital activities
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology and marketing trends

Requirements

• An honours degree in marketing, public relations or digital
• Five years' experience implementing marketing strategies
• An excellent knowledge of the English language (Experience in writing beneficial)
• A thorough understanding of the internet, email marketing, SEO, SEM and public relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to deal at a senior level
• Attention to detail critical
• Be self-motivated, hardworking and success driven
• Have a high level of commitment and integrity
