Check daily "pre paid" transport account balances and perform "TOP UP" function per EFT to ensure that credit is always available (examples: allocated sea & air freight companies, Sanral, Fuel provider, etc.)
Handle the fuel usage and mileage of all company vehicles (trucks, vans, fork lifters, etc.) and convert it monthly in usable information on a spreadsheet for the attention of the Managing Director.
Download weekly "AGE ANALISES" and compare if invoices were received & captured in line with created purchase orders
Do VAT payments per EFT (Sea & Air Freight) on a monthly basis to SARS.
Handle the Managing Director's company Credit Card (reconcile and do "TOP UP's")
Other financial administrative duties
Handle queries of creditors telephonically/ E-Mail/ fax
Prepare payments for EFT
Update vendor's records on the system
