Kathleen Rice is a director in our Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. Her areas of expertise include electronic communications, broadcasting, information technology and data protection. She has extensive experience in the South African telecommunications, media and broadcasting regulatory environment, having assisted numerous major international and domestic corporations in the making of representations on legislative and regulatory initiatives to the regulatory authority and parliament.
