Authorising invoices for payments
Business Retention
Closing new business deals
Conducting structured daily, weekly and monthly meetings;
Daily accountability of team members;
Drafting of proposals and SLA's
Individual performance management of team members;

Presenting to prospective clients up to board level
Prospecting for new business
