| Very good article, Chantel. It a sad truth that in the majority of service and retail companies the staff (both back office and client contact staff) don't know what the 'brand/product promise' is or at best have a superficial understanding of how to deliver on that promise. |
Nonhle got your attention (and the Nandos target market's attention too I am sure), the chicken looked amazing. Nandos sells amazing chicken, and at last we see it in this ad. Excellent! The focus of any food ad is to make the audience want to go out and buy the food. This ad does it better than most. Even if the previous Nandos ads were more of a laugh, this one portrays the product brilliantly. Makes you want to go out and buy some! |
