Job description

Arc Interactive is on the lookout for two community managers/content writers to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate can expect to work across a host of large well loved South African brands in a close knit ambitious team.

Duties will include :

1. Development of social content calendars in-line with client strategy.
2. Written and visual content creation for clients digital and social platforms.
3. Campaign copy for digital and social advertising platforms.
4. Research/creative/conceptual abilities for digital and social campaigns/strategies.
5. Article development for client blogs.
6. SEO copy.
7. Client interface at briefing and performance reviews.
8. Reporting and recommendations on campaign/strategy performance.
9. Crisis management.

Requirements

• Minimum two years related working experience producing social content at a professional level.
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent research skills.
• Solid understanding of communities and analysis of their behaviour.
• Analytics and management tools experience such as Cyfe, Hootsuite.
